POSITION OVERVIEW

Quandary Consulting Group (QCG) is seeking an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the growing sales team in offering business transformations as a service. The QCG team provides technology management consulting services to customers seeking workflow improvement, automation processes and centralization of shared data. As the SDR, you will target specific personas within accounts, identifying clients who are seeking lower-cost custom integrations and applications through our use of low code platforms such as Quickbase, Workato, and Pipefy. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is eager to influence this continued hyper-growth services environment.

WILL REPORT TO

Director of Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities, to be executed by (but not limited to):
  1. Target market penetration
  2. Calling on CXOs and other senior-level executives
  3. Trade show attendance
  4. Following up on marketing generated leads
  5. Webinar and event follow-up
  6. Creative campaign and door opener outreach
  • Meet with prospects via telephone, video correspondence, and email

  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity

  • Address and overcome prospect objections with confidence

  • Become a trusted resource and develop productive relationships with prospects

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generating targets to ensure territory revenue objectives

  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization

  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience required

  • Track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization

  • Experience with pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling

  • Ability to execute call structure and control, time, and territory management

  • Proven, consistent record achieving measurable goals in a sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required

  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment with the highest level of integrity

  • Ability to maintain positive and upbeat conversations via phone

  • Experience utilized active listening techniques

  • Experience presenting knowledge and value of QCG’s solutions

  • Proficient with efficiency tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)

  • Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus

$50,000 base; OTE $68,000, no cap
